Benefits for Employers

Skilled Workers

Our skilled workers are highly educated individuals who have had to flee their home countries due to conflict or persecution. By hiring our workers, you not only get dedicated and hard-working employees, but you also have the opportunity to provide meaningful employment to those who have experienced immense hardship. Research shows that refugees have a higher retention rate than other employees, making them a valuable addition to any team.

Eligible Workers

At our refugee non-profit organization, we work with eligible workers to provide proper work documentation and ensure all employees are legal to work. We understand the challenges that many refugees face when trying to enter the workforce, which is why we provide flexible options to fit the needs of both the employee and employer. Our pre-vetted employees are ready to join your team today.

Wage Reimbursement

Our wage reimbursement program is designed to help employers support refugees while also getting financial assistance. Employers enrolled in the program may be eligible for wage reimbursements. If you are interested in supporting refugee employment and want to learn more about the program, please contact our office today.
